Foxy These Terms of Use govern casual, non-account access to the Foxy Audit public website at foxyaudit.tech (the "Site"): browsing, reading, and general use by anyone, whether or not you ever create an account. If you register for and use the Foxy Audit product, your use of the product itself is governed by our separate Terms of Service, not this document.

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or browsing the Site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms apply to all visitors to the Site, including prospective customers, job applicants, journalists, and members of the public, regardless of whether they hold a Foxy Audit account. If you do hold an account and are using the Service itself (the dashboard, API, or SDK), our Terms of Service apply to that use instead.
3. Use of the Site
You may browse and use the Site for lawful, informational purposes: for example, to learn about the Service, read our documentation, or contact us. No account or payment is required to browse the Site.
4. Intellectual Property
The Site and its content (including text, graphics, the Foxy Audit name, logo, and other marks, and the underlying code and design) are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view and share links to the Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law (for example, fair use).

Read literally, “the underlying code and design” would also reach the software we distribute separately, which carries its own licences. The change was made to remove a contradiction with the repository licence (issue #318); it has not been reviewed by counsel. Amended again on 18 September 2026: the summary of the verifier’s grant gained the permission to modify your copy so that it runs in your own environment, which the Master Service Agreement and the Terms of Service already stated. Flagged for legal review before the next signed Order Form.
This Section is about the Site. Software we distribute is licensed on its own terms and not by this Section: the foxy-audit Python SDK is published under the MIT License, and the ledger verifier inside a Foxy Audit export carries a written grant permitting you to run it, read it, keep it, modify your copy so that it runs in your own environment, and pass it to your auditors together with an export. Those two grants are not the same and neither is unlimited. The SDK is MIT and may be redistributed freely. The verifier may not: its grant does not permit republishing it apart from an export, selling it, or publishing a modified version, and this Section’s restriction continues to apply to everything it does not expressly permit. The licence text shipped with each component states exactly what was granted; where this Section and that text differ, that text governs the component it ships with.
5. User Submissions
If you submit information to us through the Site (for example, via a contact form, waitlist, or newsletter signup), you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle any personal information you submit in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services (for example, our code repository, package registry, or social media profiles) that we do not control. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and linking to it does not imply our endorsement.
7. No Professional or Legal Advice
Content on the Site (including blog posts, marketing material, and general compliance commentary) is provided for general informational purposes only. It is not legal, compliance, or professional advice, and should not be relied upon as such. You should consult a qualified professional regarding your specific circumstances.
8. Prohibited Conduct
- Scraping, crawling, or harvesting Site content by automated means, except with our prior written consent.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its underlying systems, or any account not your own.
- Uploading or transmitting viruses, malicious code, or anything that could disrupt the Site.
- Impersonating any person or entity, or misrepresenting your affiliation with Foxy Audit.
- Using the Site in any way that violates applicable law.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. BECAUSE THIS DOCUMENT GOVERNS FREE, NON-ACCOUNT ACCESS TO THE SITE RATHER THAN A PAID SERVICE, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY UNDER THESE TERMS OF USE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT, IF ANY, YOU PAID US TO ACCESS THE SITE ITSELF, OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (USD $100), UNLESS APPLICABLE LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, matched to the Terms of Service, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The version number and effective date above will be updated when changes are made.
13. Relationship to Our Other Policies
