These Terms govern your use of Foxy Audit. By creating an account, installing the @foxy.audit SDK, or using our sites, you agree to them. If you're accepting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you're authorized to do so.
Foxy Audit provides a tamper-evident audit ledger, an AI policy judge, verification tooling, and exportable compliance reports for AI systems. We record cryptographic hashes and verdicts of your interactions — not their raw content (see our Privacy Policy).
You agree not to: use the service unlawfully; attempt to breach tenant isolation or access another organization's data; probe, overload, or disrupt the platform; circumvent rate limits or security controls; or resell the service without our written agreement. We may throttle or suspend accounts that jeopardize the platform's integrity or other customers.
You retain all rights to your data. You grant us the limited license needed to operate the service for you — building your audit chain, grading interactions, storing hashes/verdicts, and generating reports. We do not sell your data or use it to train models.
We work to keep the service reliable but, unless a separate written SLA applies, it is provided without an uptime guarantee. We may add, change, or discontinue features, giving reasonable notice of material changes where practical.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law. Foxy Audit produces cryptographic evidence to support your compliance program; it is a tool and not legal advice, and it does not by itself make you compliant with any law, framework, or regulation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Foxy Audit will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amounts you paid us for the service in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the service and delete your workspace at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for the platform or others. On termination, your right to use the service ends; your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Foxy Audit is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The specific governing law and venue will be stated here before general availability.
